Private, one-on-one coaching for people going through a big change, feeling stuck, or trying to find their footing again.
Sometimes nothing's broken. You just need room to figure out what matters now and where you want to go from here.
You got laid off, burned out, or hit a point where the career you built stopped fitting. You know something has to change. You're just not sure what comes next.
A relationship ended, shifted, or left you rethinking what you want going forward. You're trying to understand what happened without getting stuck there.
Your life looks successful on paper, but it doesn't feel right anymore. You're restless, disconnected, or not sure which goals are even yours.
You've been running on empty too long. Everything feels urgent, your patience is shot, and even small decisions cost more than they should.
Your body, your habits, your routine don't support the life you want anymore. You probably know what you're supposed to do. Knowing hasn't been enough to make it stick.
You're facing a personal or professional call with real consequences. You want to slow it down, think clearly, and make a choice you can stand behind later.
We look at what happened, what you think it means, and which parts you can actually do something about. The point is to find the real issue instead of getting stuck on the obvious symptom.
We get clear on your values, your strengths, and your limits, so you're deciding based on what fits you, not what other people expect or what you assume you're supposed to want.
We turn the conversation into something you can actually do. A decision, a boundary, a new habit, or a small experiment that tells you more and gets you moving again.
The work is private, practical, and built around what you need. When it helps, I walk you through a five-part process that moves you from overwhelmed to a clear next step. Each step comes with real tools, not just talk.
Bring the intensity down enough to think straight. Big decisions rarely get better when they're made in the middle of panic, anger, or exhaustion. For example: putting a hard pause on major decisions while you're flooded.
Look hard at what's actually going on. We pull the facts apart from the assumptions and spot the patterns that keep repeating. For example: separating the facts from the story you've built on top of them.
Get some distance from the thoughts and labels that have started to feel permanent. A hard pattern might be part of your experience. It doesn't have to be who you are.For example: challenging permanent labels like "I'm just not disciplined."
Get clear on the values, priorities, and boundaries you want your next move to reflect. The idea is to pick a direction that's honest to you.For example: naming the values you want the decision to reflect.
Turn clarity into action. We pick something specific and doable that moves you forward and gives us something to learn from. For example: one small, testable commitment instead of waiting for certainty.
You don't need to know which option is right before you reach out. Most people start with a free Reset Call, and we figure it out from there. These are introductory rates while I'm building the practice.
Just want one session? A focused 60-minute Individual Reset Session is $150, for getting clear on one specific situation, decision, or next step.
You know the feeling. The quarter's closing, the number isn't there, and your stomach's been in a knot for three weeks. You're still performing, but the pressure's leaking into your sleep, your patience, your family.
I spent years in high-pressure, quota-carrying sales before I coached anyone. I know that specific weight from the inside. This track is for high-stakes professionals in sales, finance, and leadership who are grinding through pressure, a plateau, or a reinvention, and want someone who's actually lived it.
Same RESET method, aimed at your world: managing the physical stress of the grind, thinking clearly when the stakes are real, and making the call you can stand behind later, without burning yourself down to hit the goal.
For quota-carrying reps, closers, finance professionals, founders, and leaders under real pressure. If you feel it in your gut reading this, it's for you.
Built for people whose work carries real pressure, real consequences, and very little room to think out loud.
I work with adults who keep life running on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure underneath. Most people who come to coaching don't need to be told they're broken. They need room to slow down, understand what's happening, and decide what to do next.
My background includes Harvard Medical School's Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program, plus formal training and certification as a professional life coach. I also spent years as a personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and yoga instructor. That work taught me something that stuck: lasting change almost never comes from handing someone more information. Most people already know plenty about what they "should" do. The real work is figuring out what keeps getting in the way, and building a plan they'll actually follow.
My career has also been years of high-pressure, relationship-driven work where the stakes were real and the pressure was constant. It taught me how to ask better questions, hear what people aren't saying, and help them decide when a lot is riding on the call. That's the backbone of The Pressure Reset, my track for professionals under that kind of weight.
All of it shapes how I coach now. I'll give you an honest read, ask the questions that need to be asked, and help you sort through your options with a clear head. This is your life and your journey, so the direction and the final decisions will always belong to you. My role is to help you understand what is really happening, recognize what matters most, and follow through on choices you can stand behind.
Our work will stay focused on clarity, behavior, decisions, direction, and meaningful progress. It isn't therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care. When something calls for a different kind of expertise, I'll be upfront about it and help connect you with the right support.
You may be closer than you think to a stronger and more fulfilling chapter, and it would be a genuine privilege to walk beside you for part of the journey.
"Your next steps become much clearer when the choices you make finally belong to you."

No. Therapy is done by licensed mental-health professionals who can diagnose and treat psychological conditions. Coaching doesn't diagnose or treat anything clinical. It's about goals, behavior, decisions, values, accountability, and practical changes in your life right now. Some people do both at once. Others need clinical support instead of coaching. We'll talk about it openly on the Reset Call.
Career disruption or reinvention, burnout and stress, relationship changes, confidence and identity, health and lifestyle habits, hard decisions, motivation and follow-through, or just feeling stuck and off course. You don't have to fit neatly into one box. The Reset Call is where we talk it through and see if coaching makes sense.
It's a premium track for high-stakes professionals in sales, finance, and leadership. I spent years in high-pressure, quota-carrying work, so I coach that specific weight from lived experience, not theory. Same RESET method, aimed at performing under real pressure without burning out to hit the number.
It's a structured, evidence-informed approach to changing behavior. It helps you get clear on what you want, understand what's been getting in the way, set goals you can actually hit, and build habits that hold up. It's collaborative. I'm not here to hand you a generic plan or tell you how your life should look.
Depends on what you're working through. One session might be enough for a specific decision. Four sessions can fit a defined transition or stuck point. Bigger changes around identity, habits, or direction often do better with eight. We'll talk through the options, and there's no pressure to buy more than you need.
Yes. Sessions are private and over video, so you can join from wherever you're comfortable.
Sessions are private and confidential, within the limits and exceptions spelled out in the coaching agreement. I'll walk you through those terms before we start, so you know exactly what to expect.
The Reset Call is a free, 20-minute conversation. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you'd like to change, and what kind of support might help. It's also a chance for both of us to see if working together feels right. No obligation to continue.
I'll tell you. If what you need falls outside coaching, I'll point you toward a licensed professional or another resource that fits better. Getting you the right kind of support matters more than booking you.
Only if you're comfortable with it. Recording sessions for notes is a normal, long-standing practice in coaching, and it's completely optional here. I offer it so you can get a private summary to revisit later, since it's hard to hold onto everything from a session while you're in it. It's purely a convenience, a backup, and it never changes the quality of our work or how I show up for you. There's no pressure either way. If you'd rather not, I'll just take notes the usual way, and you can change your mind anytime.
